Massage Therapy is a manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissues, tendons, and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being.  Our studio offers relaxation, therapeutic,  deep tissue massage as well as pre and post natal massage.  

There are numerous health benefits to massage therapy, including the reduction of muscle pain and tension, relief of stress and anxiety, improvement of quality of sleep, digestion and immune function.  Massage therapy can also increase flexibility, mobility and range of motion.  

Our Registered Massage Therapists are highly experienced, so whether you are recovering from an injury, illness, or seeking rest and relaxation, we are ready to support you on your healing journey.  

Reflexology (also referred to as zone therapy) is a holistic, non invasive therapy that uses gentle on/off pressure throughout the feet.  In theory we can map our entire body on our two feet!

A reflexologist's touch can help calm the central nervous system, promoting relaxation, and immune function.  Reflexology is known to treat a wide variety of conditions such as stress, poor digestion, hormonal imbalances, pain, sinus congestion, muscular pain, and insomnia.

During a cupping session, a practitioner places round cups directly on the clients skin.  The cup is either a glass cup heated with fire or a plastic cup manually pumped to create suction.  The cups are then left on your skin for several minutes encouraging blood flow.

The benefits of Cupping is improved overall tissue health by encouraging blood flow to remove stagnation, and toxins from the muscles.  This increase in blood flow helps to aide in the removal of toxins through our lymphatic system. 

Cups can also be gently moved around areas of restricted mobility and tension to reset fascia (a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, bone, nerve fiber and muscle) to improve mobility and range of motion.

Discoloration from a cupping treatment will fade.  Some may fade after a few hours, while others may take up to a week to disappear completely.  The discoloration is directly related to your body's tissue health at the time of your treatment. These markings should not hurt.  The client is encouraged to rest post treatment, and to drink plenty of water to encourage the body's detoxification process.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that utilizes the healing properties of universal energy to aide in ones healing.  Reiki is also known as energy medicine or energy healing.  As a Reiki practitioner, our job is to hold safe, sacred space for healing.

During a Reiki session the practitioner will use a hands on- or hands-off approach.  The practitioner acts as an open vessel to receive "Universal energy" or "Universal life force".  Once received it is said this energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioners hands transferring to the client in order to encourage healthy energy flow, removing energetic blockages, therefore encouraging emotional, spiritual, or physical healing.  Crystals have an innate healing power of their own, crystal healing is often a welcomed combination to your Reiki session .  

Reiki compliments any 90 minute massage or reflexology treatment.  

Our Rmt Pro Facial Massage is a custom non invasive anti aging treatment tailored toward your individual facial anatomy, medical facial history, and skin care needs.  Our treatment includes a facial assessment targeting fascia, muscular tension and imbalances, promoting lymphatic drainage, all while gently calming the nervous system.

Each treatment includes face, neck, scalp and buccal Massage in combination with Eminence and Green Envee skincare.

This treatment is billable by your RMT to all major insurance companies.
